2018 Schedule of Events

The Jefferson Area Motor Squad is proud to host the 6th annual Jefferson Area Motor Squad Skills Training Seminar May 31-June 2, 2018, to be held in the Sam's Club of Charlottesville parking lot.  The Jefferson Area Motor Squad Skills Training Seminar is a way for motor officers to improve their riding skills, exchange new training ideas and improve or create inter-agency relationships. It is also an opportunity to give back to the community which supports law enforcement.  A portion of the proceeds raised for the 2018 seminar will be donated to The Virginia State Police Foundation and earmarked for the families of  Lt. Jay Cullen and Trooper-Pilot Berke Bates. They were tragically killed in the line of duty while providing air support during the August 12th, 2017 rally in Charlottesville, Virginia when their aircraft went down. Click here or the button to the left to register, and click here for hotel reservations. We look forward to seeing you at this year's event.
